Any help appreciated....HM previously, now problems again

Hi I have a question. I had a heller in April. Now I've been having things

stick again. I'm having a lot of spasms as well, which may be causing a lot of

the liquid coming back up. I went for a Barium today and things moved slowly

but did go through. When I swallowed the pill that stuck. It didn't loosen with

more barium liquid or water. They had me lay and turn several times and drink

but it didn't move until I drank the fizzy stuff. Does anyone know what steps

may be next? I see the dr Monday but I'm really wondering what's next. I

realize dilatations are sometimes needed, does that cause any future problems?

Would a second heller poss be needed? Would it be wise to see another specialist

for an opinion? My surgeon is Dr Rosemurgy with USF-Tampa General. He's

performed about 600 HMs.
