Guest guest Posted September 12, 2011 Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 i was wondering what i reallly should and should NOT eat after my myotomy--when i am totally recovered.. i want to do the very best that i can do for my E. (and body) since i still have the basic problem of the extended E. I would think that i should not do peelings -or perhaps thick peelings like apples- maybe mashed potatoes with peelings might not be bad(?) are there things that yall have learned NOT to indulge in post myotomy? meats? breads? I was thinking that breads may have to be off the list since they still would make a ball in there and sit.. what about pastas and rice? raw veggies? meats?
