Guest guest Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 Hi Barb,  I would think a redo is more complicated, the area has been altered therefore it really takes an expert to fix the problem. If it were me I would want someone with lots of experience and there are only so many of those kinds of surgeons out there. Look for top experience with achalasia. I think the odds are better. Hope it all works out.  Julee So.
