Hi all,

It has been a little over a month since my HM and last week I caught a stomach

virus that lasted longer than everyone else in my family. Im over that now but i

just had problems being very uncomfortable when I sit. I couldnt sit for more

than a couple minutes or even seconds and it feels like a tingling deep deep

inside my muscles. I wanted to know if anyone has felt this type of restless leg

syndrome. I know it may not be that but its the only way i can describe it.

I have RLS now too, but never thought about a connection.  Mine isn't too bad

when I sit, unless it's for a long time (like long car rides).  I take an

herbal thing sublingually and it works really well at bedtime.  I get it from

the US, so you can try it out...cheap enough too :)  It's from Nylands and it's

called Restful Legs... I think it's like $5 for a bottle.

Kim, I had an HM back in June of 09' and something I have noticed the past

couple of months are leg twitches at night. They are so strong

they wake me up and it is difficult to sleep. Is this the same that you are

having?

Mine start almost immediately upon laying down, and I had a horrible time with

getting to sleep and staying asleep before I found those pills.  I had my

myotomy way back in 98 though, and my RLS didn't start until last year.

This is an interesting question. I haven't had an HM yet (need to schedule

this), but recently have had increasing rls symptoms at night. To the point

where I have to get up, walk around and stretch.
