Achalasia was on Mystery Diagnosis!

I was flipping through the tv channels and started watching the tv show " Mystery

Diagnosis. " The girl was talking about symptoms I had when I first was

experiencing my achalasia 36 years ago. I kept thinking " could this possibly be

they are going to say she has Achalasia? " Well, she did and it was a great

show. I am sure it will come on again if you want to try and catch it. It was

on the new Oprah " OWN " channel and the title of the show was " Too Young to Be

Sick. " It was the 2nd story on the show half way through. It aired for the

first time on 4-6-11. I had to tape it and show my husband because just hearing

people talking about it was facinating. She was treated early on with botox

injections which helped her. Oprah has a lot of repeated shows on her new

network so I am sure it will come on again. Pretty interesting! I saw it on
