Guest guest Posted June 10, 2011 Report Share Posted June 10, 2011 Hi Kim I use Macaroni Salad from Ralphs; seem to slip down easily from the fat (much like butter). I take out the other items. Also I use Macaroni and Cheese, Kraft makes them in small packets, takes 4 minutes in the microwave, add a bit more water to make it thin, one cup. I also add a tablespoon of butter to the mix. I will try the chicken salad, great idea. A COLD can of Pepsi usually has more CO2 so hold it in the throat so the CO2 will open the LES. Bottles of Coke or Pepsi seem to have less CO2. If it is COLD the CO2 takes a bit longer to evaporate. Have you tried Ensure plus, when I was really bad had 3 per day that is 1000 calories. I love the vanilla shakes. Chocolate and ice cream work great for me. ( I KNOW NO NUTRITION!) but it was all i could do.. anyhow, the blended ice things are working for now, just slow slow.. but thank GOD i can do that When Injustice becomes Law, Resistance becomes Duty....
