I hope that you have a speedy recovery and that the need to take time off from work etc. doesn't cause you too many problems. in PA OT: In hospital I broke both ankles and both feet. I twisted my ankle and broke my foot and I feel like it is going to be broke forever and it has only been 5 weeks. Can not imagine breaking both. Hope you heal quickly. Guest guest Posted August 22, 2011 Report Share Posted August 22, 2011 I has been a week now. I had a ten foot fall unto an uneven surface. The surgery was the next day which made for one very tough night. I now have about 24 pieces of surgical steal holding my bones. 11 of those are from about 30 years ago when I did this to one side playing soft ball. I have been too drugged up to make a reply before.I am finding it hard to do and they just gave me more so I better get off before it kicks in.
