The fastest and cheapest solution is to put equal sized stacks of books under

the feet at the head of the bed.  I use a wedge because I have a king sized bed

and a husband that isn't comfortable sleeping elevated, but it isn't necessary

:)

Subject: Wedge question

Hello Friend,

My son is sleeping with about 2 pillows and still has cough at night,

Someone in the group had mentioned that we can buy a wedge to elevate the bed.

Can anyone please tell me which store may carry it and what is the exact name

for it? Will the sales associate know if I said I am looking for a wedge to

elevate the bed?

Thanks,

Priti

Priti.. they have the wedges on overstock.com i am going to order one because

dear husband and i have a king bed , and he doesnt need to be elevated. i am

currently lusing 2 feather pillows and 2 fluffy ones , so i have a big height.

but that is what it takes for me. kim bailey

i dont know about every body else but i ate yesterday at 4pm. and it  worked, i

had been eating at 6pm. and we go to bed around ten thirty or 11.. i just cannot

eat any closer to bedtime than 4 PLUS hours.. try getting your son to clean

out his E. before bed. Ray told me about it, and it sure helps, i do it every

nite now. i still have to be careful too.. or coughing begins.. kim bailey
