Thanks and Dan for sharing your experiences and opinion.  I will keep

it in mind.

did eat oatmeal for breakfast and for lunch mashed potatoes with broccoli

and

cheese sauce (very little sauce) and did fine.  The doctor did say he can have

mac and cheese as far as he takes very small bites and chews it well.  Will

give it a shot tomorrow, will use the blender for it.
