can't get a referral to the swallow center at usf

i am so frustrated i could spit. i sent Leigh's specialist in san fransisco a

request for a 2nd opinion at university of south florida and was told, no, we

don't do referrals. they also could not see her until mid september. i called

her primary here and he said sure i will send it out but they may not accept it.

now what????? she is sick, can't register for college or get a job because she

feels so bad.
