Age at diagnosis 2. Achalasia w/GERD or Achalasia with out Gerd 3. first procedure done (dialation, botox, type of Heller, etc.) 4. Additional procedures with number of months or years after the first procedure 5. Name of Doctor for any major surgeries (if that is legal?) 6. Present condition 7. NCCP's? Maybe we could make it similar to the one that was made for the NCCP's. Is this possible? Let me know what you all think. When I was first diagnosed it was tough to get specific answers without having to read everyones' stories...a lot of information to sift through. I am not saying that the stories weren't helpful because THEY WERE TOTALLY HELPFUL! But ultimately, when I was trying to decide which procedure was best for me, it was difficult.
