Guest guest Posted July 7, 2011 Report Share Posted July 7, 2011 is there any reason you don't contact the Oesophageal patients association now? seems like you've got plenty of good reason to be looking for some advocacy. Also, as part of my ectomy - I had a pyloroplasty - they surgically cut the pyloric sphincter to prevent the slow movement you are talking about now. Is it possible that that would help you? maybe you need a pyloroplasty? Do these surgeons really know what they are dealing with? Is this a surgeon who has done large numbers of ectomies?
