hi all. I was reading about the spasms some of you were having. Try magnesium

oil. I would put it on the chest and anywhere else. It is absorbed and you

don't have to worry about loose stools. You can get it on www.mercola.com and

also on www.swanson.com. It works well for other things like restless leg

syndrome. I also take liquid magnesium.

I haven't had any spasms at all since I've been on the chinese herbs last year,

except when I went off of them for six days when i had the dilatation done. I

also put an oil with chinese herbs in it on my chest twice a day.

But try the magnesium. I would also think that an epsom salt bath would help

because you can soak in the magnesium through your skin.

Blessings from Eva in Chicagoland.

Hi Eva

this is so interesting. I suffer intermittently with excruciating spasm. I will

look into trying the magnesium oil but can you explain more about the chinese

herbs please.

thanks so much

Dear Kay:

I don't recall where you live. But I am in the Chicago area and so is the TCM

(Traditional Chinese Medicine) doc that I see. I would not recommend going to

just anyone to get the herbs. This doctor really knows what he is doing. He

even teaches at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine and has lots of other

credentials. His name is Dr. Zhijiang Chen (C.J.) He is a doctor of Acupuncture

and Oriental Medicine (USA). His website is www.cjherbalremedies.com and phone

number is 630-799-9288 and email is cjchen525@.... His office where I go

is in Naperville, IL.

He adjusts the herbs that I take periodically.

He would want to see you in person to do an assessment, but you could call him.

Don't know if he could refer you to someone.

You can call me if you want to talk about this further 847-337-5303.

Hi Eva, thanks so much for this. I am actually in the UK near Oxford so would

need to look for someone here. But good to have your doctor's details to look

up. Very best wishes and many thanks. Kay
