Guest guest
, I know there are several places online that carry emu oil. There is a dealer in the town I live in, but he sells it very expensively. If you go to http://www.angelfire.com/ks2/wildwoodsoaps/, has it really cheap ($1/oz.). If she doesn't have any left, you might go to camdengrey.com. They have it for $2/oz., which is slightly more expensive. For almond oil, do you mean sweet almond oil? I have yet to find out if there's a difference! I bought 32oz. for $9.00 from camdengrey.com, but that was a December sale. One of the least expensive places I've found is Liberty Natural Products. They have it for $5.13/16oz. Their website is libertynatural.com. Hope that helps! Let me know if you need any more info. Whitney

Guest guest
Hi Absolutely! I have often noticed that when I'm sitting I develop knee pains which are relieved if I get up and walk around. Like you I can also develop pains if my legs are absolutely straight and at rest, for example if I'm lying on the sofa with the ankles propped up on the armrest. The solution is to get up and walk around a bit. It puzzles me - light walking often makes my knees feel considerably better. I can't explain it but it's consistent with the reading I've done which states that excercise is generally good for the knee. I guess it gets the synovial fluid squishing around in and out of the cartilage, and gets the ligaments and tendons stretched, stimulates heat and blood flow etc. It's good for you. One thing I am certain of is that rest and inactivity is bad for knees, while light excercise is good. Guest guest
Hi, , I'll be thinking good thoughts for you when you get your tests done. The thing for me was after I ended up having the myotomy; I felt my food and drink go into my stomach...it was amazing! It'd been some time! Cheers, Deborah
