Guest guest
You can look on Calorie King. They, usally, have what I'm looking for when I can't find it on FitDay. http://www.calorieking.com/foods/ And don't worry about the extra calories. (I had cake today!) One of the things I like on FitDay are the reports. I look up the averages calorie intake and it makes the higher than normal days smooth right out... Guest guest
A couple go for a meal at a Chinese restaurant and order the "Chicken Surprise." The waiter brings the meal, served in a lidded cast iron pot. Just as the wife is about to serve herself, the lid of the pot rises slightly and she briefly sees two beady little eyes looking around before the lid slams back down. "Good grief, did you see that?" she asks her husband. He hasn't, so she asks him to look in the pot. He reaches for it and again the lid rises and he sees two little eyes looking around before it slams down. Rather perturbed, he calls the waiter over, explains what is happening and demands an explanation. "Please sir," says the waiter, "what you order?" The husband replies, "Chicken Surprise." "Ah... so sorry," says the waiter, "I bring you Peeking Duck."
Guest guest
Hey everyone!! Anyone out there who has had a myotomy have issues eating chinese food? It could just be me, but the past 3 times I have had chinese, it's been HORRIBLE! I'm about to burn my chopsticks for good! 2 times I have been in restaurants. It brought back way too many memories of running to the bathroom after a few bites. yes, I took small bites, had plenty of water with no ice and still, it sticks...I can give it up, but was just curious if I was the only one. Hugs from St. Louis, a
