Guest guest
Hi Eve, I have wondered about the gluten problem. I eat things with gluten and nothing happens, but when I eat lots of bread, that is when it happened the most. For now, I don't eat much bread. I continue to eat less gluten products and take probiotic and all is very well for me. Thanks for the tips! Julee So Calif. ________________________________ From: goldenmtgoat <egaira@...> achalasia Sent: Fri, November 19, 2010 8:27:17 AM Subject: Re: endo time  Dear Deborah and Julee, I'd like to suggest a gluten free diet with these in addition to the probiotics. I'm on one and it is really helping. When there are digestive disorders gluten free may help. I don't have celiac but I have a sensitivity or intolerance. There are a number of good books out on this right now. One of them is Dangerous Grains by Braly and Hogan.
