Yes it happens to me when I overeat, but what I do is drink a 16 oz bottle of

water with big gulps. This causes the junk to come up, I use a spit up glass and

regurgitate the junk. If you clean out the E every night, this should help the

next day. When the food wont go down it means something is blocking the LES

opening.

Then if necessary I go to Mcs and drink the CO2 off a fountain drink like

coke. Then I finish the Coke or have coffee and another cup for my walk home.

Caffeine opens the LES.

Gravity and a bit of activity will help the LES to open.

I use Magnesium 250 mg twice a day, believe in my case it opens the LES, also

good for the bowels!! You can cut it down to once a day if bowel is loose.
