Guest guest
>There are some days nothing will go down. Yes it happens to me when I overeat, but what I do is drink a 16 oz bottle of water with big gulps. This causes the junk to come up, I use a spit up glass and regurgitate the junk. If you clean out the E every night, this should help the next day. When the food wont go down it means something is blocking the LES opening. Then if necessary I go to Mcs and drink the CO2 off a fountain drink like coke. Then I finish the Coke or have coffee and another cup for my walk home. Caffeine opens the LES. Gravity and a bit of activity will help the LES to open. I use Magnesium 250 mg twice a day, believe in my case it opens the LES, also good for the bowels!! You can cut it down to once a day if bowel is loose. Ray CA OC > > first, I want to thank everyone who has been answering my questions and > helping me.
