Guest guest
Your cost is way high for a supplement. I want nothing to to do with AARP until I know who is behind it it now and where the money is going. I can see any doctor who will see me. Not all doctors will accept medicare patients? Most gastroenterolist won't see you without a referral. Some things need to per-authorize and I like that as it helps prevent unneeded surgeries. I don't know enough about achalasia to ask questions. Although what is a Heller myotomy and is ditalation the same or different from stretching the esophagus? Before gas prices and my health problems we travel between northwest & southwest in a motor home. We did volunteering at wildlife areas. Hugs ! Guest guest
Going out of the area is not a option for me cost wise. Medical insurance is different in ID than in CA. Medicare repayment is much lower in ID than in CA At one time many ID were refusing to take new medicare patients. True Blue is the only medicare HMO in Idaho. until 2 years ago there were not mny insurance choices for Idaho. At this point I am happy with these doctors. I need repair of the mess my digestive system is in and they are at least thinking in this direction. Of course you don't have to join AARP, they speak for all seniors rather you a member or not. At this time I am more interest learning about this condition then talking about insurance.
