On my last post my doctors where leaning towards an ectomy since I've already had two myotomies. Now they are thinking of trying a third myotomy as a last ditch effort before the ectomy. Both my previous myotomies where open so I have a lot of scar tissue which make having a third one more risky. The question is, has any one from this group had three myotomies . Did it work? And what was your experience? The surgeon said it might not work at all. Should I bother trying it or just go ahead and push for the ectomy. Any thoughts are welcome.
