I am going to have a gastric emptying test done in the near future to see if

my nausea may be from gastroparesis or some sort of blockage in the stomach.I

noticed that sometimes as a result of a myotomy damage is done to the vagus

nerve.Sometimes it make take a year or more before the symptoms of gastroparesis

show up.I'm hoping that it is something else but notice that Zofran doesn't seem

to have much of an effect on the nausea anymore. If anyone has any info on the

relationship between achalasia and gastroparesis fill free to enlighten me.
