The link to go directly to the beginning of the survey, without having to go

through all the German menu items, is:

Note that both Achalasians and non-Achalasians are needed for this study, so if

you have family and friends that can also participate, that would also help. On

the page linked above, you choose whether you are taking the Achalasian or

non-Achalasian survey.
