We need now your concrete help and support for this psychosocial study:

• Please participate answering the specific survey in the interest of all

Achalasia sufferer!

• Please send this information to other sufferer you know, offer this

announcement in any possible international / worldwide public support group,

face book, twitter….whatever else is possible. Please help, that we can inform

Achalasia sufferer all over the world about this important project.

• Please help, to find persons for the control group (not affected by Achalasia)

in different ages and both gender all over the planet. Please ask your family

members, friends, colleagues, etc. - whether they would be willing to support

us. This control group is extremely important for a scientific examination of

the study. These participants have an own access to the same study. We

guarantee, that the answers will be anonymous for any participant!

• Our support group in Germany is a charitable association with a low yearly

income, because our strong belief is, that any Achalasia sufferer needs to have

the chance to be a member, no matter, how what their financial situation is.

It would be wonderful, if donations, specific for this study, would be possible.

It is a huge project, to offer it worldwide, and several costs need to be

covered, esp. for the use of the online-questionnaire-system. If you want to
