Guest guest Posted April 30, 2011 Report Share Posted April 30, 2011 Well, I have been on this site Since I had my Hellers in Feb of 2005. For the most part all has been great since then. Some water to get things down, but very normal. Then.....last month I noticed my Aciphex and Fish Oil pills would stick a little, and my mouth and throat often felt dry. Now it feels like a little food is often not going down, even with water. I am scheduled for my yearly endoscopy in three weeks. Should I move it up? Has anyone had a Hellers and then had these slowly developing of stickage like me? I have never had a dilation, does anyone think they will do this at my endoscopy? Does the balloon dilations really help? Any thoughts? Frustrated!
