Very tired after eating

Hello Everyone,

For those that have been through an esophagectomy has anyone else had issues

with eating and fatigue. About 1 hour after eating I have been getting really

very tired and exhausted. The other day I happen to have access to a blood sugar

meter when this occured. I had my blood sugar taken about an hour and half after

eating a meal when I was feeling very tired. My blood sugar was in the 60s. I

don't know if this has anything to do with my fatigue or not but it is almost

like clock work. I feel ok and then I eat. I feel fine for about an hour after

eating and then it is like I hit a wall with fatigue. Just wondering if anyone

else has experienced this?
