Guest guest Posted February 19, 2011 Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 Hi everyone! I don't normally post only because my achalasia is in 'remission' so to speak. I don't have near as many problems as I used to, and some of you are so much worse than I am that sometimes, I feel I shouldn't post. But, I am very excited about Rare Disease Day and I just wanted everyone to know that even though my state of Kansas doesn't celebrate that day, I am planning on making some tshirts for myself and my family to show our own support for Achalasia and the fact that 2 of children have polycystics kidney disease. So, that is how we plan on supporting that day and I'm hoping that at least our city will recognize us, since we live in a small town, and that in turn can raise some awarness!!
