Hi Carol, I know how you feel, I was having horrid brainfog, then got a really bad flu and along with it a bladder infection. Had to take a week antbx. and it cleared up a bunch of my fog, so I think infections do play a part in this....I hadn't had abx in about 15 years and it made me SO sleepy and yucky stomach the first 5 days then began to feel a bit better. It could be the result of so many things. Though mercury is a BIG one for me and many others. Mercury may even facilitate the retention of other toxins. By avoiding the various sources of toxins laid out in Hulda 's books and killing parasites one might notice their " FOG " suddenly lift. In fact avoidance is the CHEAPEST and I believe most effective way to correct this and other diseases. Daily ZAPPING and high VIT C might be some quick short term solutions to " INFECTIONS " .
