Becca..fall is my favorite time of year also.....can't wait till the leaves start turning and its time to drag out my sweaters....is it beautiful there in the fall...i have never traveled to that part of the US...would love to some day...maybe we will meet and go dress shopping for the prom....my pink taffeta was nabbed by a 79 year old grandmother who loved the way the color offset her liver spots....so, i had to give it up!!!

I wrote down the books you mentioned..i adore reading, and am always looking for good authors..Since you mentioned humor, have you ever read Janet Evanovich's series? They are kinda humerous, detective stories with the same characters in all of them....i have literally busted out laughing when i am reading them.....

Ok..enough rambling..talk to you soon...

Hi ,

I deal by being myself. I have slowed down a little and am trying to

find ways to not have to work outside the house, but I am keeping

very busy with things that don't HAVE to be done at any given point

in time. Crafting, Ebay, Half.com etc. That way, I'm very busy and

occupied, but there is no stress involved.

Money . . . well that's an issue. I do worry about money but I have

found that when I am careful with our spending and just put it out of

my head, things always work out okay.

The one big change I am going to have to make I think, is not

driving. I was released to drive six weeks after my implant but my

first trip out alone for more than just to run up to the store a mile

away, convinced me that I probably should not be driving. I was

staring at a traffic light trying to figure out what it meant. It

was like a momentary lapse of critical memory. I had to concentrate

to remember if green meant to go now. That's definitely one I'm

going to talk over with my docs when I see them next.

Becca! Its so great to hear from you--its been wayyyy to long! We had some "entertaining" conversations back in the day, that always left me smiling.

How are you and doing? I hope this finds you both doing well--and the kittens? Please let me know whats new in your world. What was it the you called your Doc and your defibrillator? I was always amused...

Look forward to more chats with you (notice how I am assuming that you are not returning to the land of Lurkdom!!).

I am warning you all--I am quite capable of having conversations all by myself (after all my kids ARE teenagers-I am use to it!) and I am not afraid to ramble on, so do me and the world a service and keep in touch.

Much Love,

HAPPY NEW YEAR BECCA!

Glad to hear you have made the move. I have been thinking about you. Are you in the RV now? How is Geo's job going? How are you doing with all the changes?

Glad you have the computer back on line!

Becca dear;

What a blessing in disguise (Geo getting fired)..... Someone knew you needed to go home. How many years where you down there?

I can't believe you latest as long as you did - not unless you were in air-conditioning ALL the time! My heart would not do well in that heat and humidity at all, I would really be dragging.

I wish all the luck in the perfect job. My thoughts and best to you both.
