It is so great! That is why December 6 is etched in my memory. 3 years and going

strong. Enjoy the day, you deserve it!

Congratualtions!!! How exciting!! I had a dream about Dr. L last ngiht.

Weird....he told me I need an ectomy - LOL and in the dream I convinced him that

Happy Anniversary !!!! So happy for you! My 4 year anniversary is

coming up soon and I can't believe it...for a while it seemed like it was

just yesterday, and now it feels so distant that it feels like it was

forever ago. Funny how time changes your perspective. Glad you are doing

well!

,

Belated congratulations! I am about to celebrate my 13 week anniversary on

Wednesday! HOORAY! When I describe the surgery to people I can't believe that it

is me that I am talking about!

I am already able to eat a full meal (slowly, lots of chewing and taking my

time) and it goes down! I have been able to resume my workouts slowly and feel

great. I was off all pain killers by the 4th or 5th week.

My supplement routine and body work (for the scar tissue) are working incredibly

well. I am really looking forward to the next few months as things continue to

heal.

No esophagus......AMAZING!
