Guest guest Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 , Belated congratulations! I am about to celebrate my 13 week anniversary on Wednesday! HOORAY! When I describe the surgery to people I can't believe that it is me that I am talking about! I am already able to eat a full meal (slowly, lots of chewing and taking my time) and it goes down! I have been able to resume my workouts slowly and feel great. I was off all pain killers by the 4th or 5th week. My supplement routine and body work (for the scar tissue) are working incredibly well. I am really looking forward to the next few months as things continue to heal. No esophagus......AMAZING! Steve (land) > > Can you believe it??
