Hi, Notan and Fellow Achalasians,

        Is there any way at all to keep from aspirating saliva at night besides

just sleeping tilting upwards on the bed?  It's an issue with me and I'd like

to be able to slow it down if not stop it altogether....(as if one could!).

I don't have much to offer on that. You could ask your doctor about

Glycopyrrolate. It is sometimes used to reduce salivation and has the

side effect of reducing stomach acid.
