Guest guest
Hi Philip, Greetings!Welcome. Well..you probably will never be able to wolf down cheeseburgers with reckless abandon but there is a wealth of info on this site regarding diets. You can use keywords to search previous posts and even diet lists on the database. There's also an address list in the database of Florida members. How, when and what you can eat varies from person to person. You'll get 200 different answers. Here's the first one. For me, sometimes are better than others for food to go down. If I get " corked " up from a hard to digest food which gets stuck,I can't eat for a day or two and nothing takes which sucks. I do get some relief from fizzy water and alka seltzer. Again, works for me but can excacerbate the condition in others. I've had luck with weight gain from modifying my diet with more liquids and supplements mixed with juice or milk. GNC has a 2200 Supplement mix which can provide Kcals when the noodles aren't working. It is.. Different for everyone ! I had numerous dilations starting when I was 22 and a Heller in 2001, when I was 41. I was getting concerned about the increased chance of a torn esophagus. Surgery helped, but for me, it was not a cure all. so...I've learned to accept my condition rather than opt for more radical treatment. Again, resources on this website will enable you to research info and find others who we share this odd condition with. I have a place in Sanibel Island so I'll holla the next time I'm down u Miami way. Best Wishes M (D Mac) Santa > > Hi, My name is Philip . Im 24 years old and i live in Miami, Florida!
