I have been on Omeprazole every day for several years now and just recently I've begun to take it at night, too. I think I've got my GURD under control now. We'll see. I think Nexium is a good medication. I hope it helps you absolutely. I have been reading your posts with interest and I really feel better than you can wait a bit before a major surgery.
