juicing/constipation

I started juicing in June and am having excellent

results. My face finally has color (I wonder if its

all those beets?)! I juice 10 oz of fruits daily, one

whole lemon (for the lemon/oil drink), and 8 oz. vegie

juice. I started feeling the benefits after four

months of juicing. I have more stamina, I just feel

better. I believe that the lemon/oil drink produced

more bile so that finally I started absorbing

vitamins, minerals, from my food and from my

supplements. Also, when dinnertime comes rather than

a cooked vegetable(s), I simply juice them up - easier

and I get more nutrition and greater quantity of

vegetables. Even my husband drinks a " juice " drink

daily. The taste of carrots, beets, celery, etc. and

all those apples, grapes, pears, is so delicious! I

know, it sounds awful, until you try it. And, using

the lemon/oil drink and juicing enough of the right

vegetables/fruits can cure constipation in most

people.

How often do you drink the lemon drink? I do it for about three days every other

week or so. It seems like if I consume something frequently I become allergic to

it.
