Guest guest Posted October 29, 1999 Report Share Posted October 29, 1999 I just listened to a tape by Hal Huggins and he mentioned that most seafood including salmon has mercury. I had always thought that tuna and swordfish were the fish that had high levels of mercury and that salmon was safe. I do eat salmon for the EFA's.
