Guest guest
Marla Kay, a few days ago you asked about injections of glutathione and ATP, in particular about potential harm to the Krebs Cycle, and about NK levels rising. I'm afraid I don't have answers to those specific questions, but I do know that Dr. Salvato in Houston TX uses these injections with the majority of her CFIDS patients. Several people from our support group here in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area go to her and report positive benefits. After a phone consult with her, at least one local doctor here has begun . She wrote an article about this treatment in the January/February 1998 issue of the CFIDS Chronicle. It describes glutathione, it's benefits, problems with getting it inside cells, and the results of her clinical study of the injections on 276 patients. Some of her well-informed patients might have the answers to your questions. If you are interested in connecting by email with the Houston support group, let me know back-channel. She speaks to them every year and I think a great many of them are her patients. Take care. Carol
