This may have to do with increased amino acids being present in the gut due to the action of the proteases, especially if protein was somewhat restricted prior to the enzymes. As long as they have plenty to drink, it should not be a problem. And it probably helps as a cleansing/detox measure, also.
Guest guest
Lots of possibilities. 1. excessive water loss in stool. 2. excessive urination. 3. excessive perspiration. You have to figure out where the water is going before deciding what it means. Andy . . . . . . . . . . . . > I have heard excessive thirst can be a sign of diabetes. Guest guest
Sometimes when sugar levels are up, there is excessive thirst. Mercury poisoning contributes to this problem. Chromium, twice a day helps with this problem, and sometimes Vanadium, if a person shows a deficiency in it on a hair test. It seems a lot of people are low in these and also, a lot of food is deficient in these elements. Rose [ ] excessive thirst Time for my question of the day... Colin has been extremely thirsty the last two days. Soaking through Pull-Ups like crazy. Nothing new to the supp regimine. Doesn't chelate again until this Friday. BMs are a bit foamy but yeast is a huge problem for him so I keep a close eye on that (we use Culturelle, Probiogold, Yeast Control, and Diflucan). Any ideas about the thirst?? Thanks, Marla
Guest guest
Excessive thirst is also a symptom of diabetes, which steroids can cause. Anyone taking steroids should be monitored for high blood glucose. Sue, who has diabetes but not from steroids On Sunday, November 19, 2006, at 08:28 AM, emma wrote: > > Hi, you said, " Not just increasing your thirst and appitate " , I > didn't think I had any side effects from the prednisolone, but does > it increase your thirst?
