Question about aspiration

So last night I must have aspirated because I woke myself up coughing. Once my

airway was cleared, I went back to sleep. I was sleeping on more than one pillow

and I think my head got all kinked.

This morning I woke up to a weird pain. I can reproduce the pain if I try to

touch my chin to my chest. The pain is right in my upper back between my

shoulder blades but more on my right side. Its like a sore muscle and if I

stretch it by toughing my chin to my chest it aches.

So, is this from a kink in my neck from all the pillows or could this be lung

pain from something I aspirated?

I have no problems breathing, no wheezing, no pain on inhale or exhale, no

cough, no fever, no sputum no nothing. I even took a stethoscope to my lunch and

they seem clear, no crackling sounds.

I am going to give it a day to subside and then see my doctor if its still there

tomorrow.

however, if any of you know what aspiration would feel like and if this pain is

part of it, please let me know what you think.

Thanks!
