Yes, there's something you can do for your own email inbox. If someone is

posting a lot of wild, unsupported claims and scaring people unnecessarily,

it's not difficult to create a filter to automatically deal with emails from

that person by either deleting them or moving them to a folder that you

specify.

For example, here is the procedure in Windows Live Mail:

Tools > Message rules > Mail > New > Where the From line contains people

(click on " contains people " and specify) > Delete it.
