Guest guest
Can do you do that in 2 chunks so you can get a nap in between? I would ease into it a bit more, just to make sure. I really cant remember how fast I felt good, but I remember taking a lot of naps. Also give yourself some sit down breaks and prepare to eat frequently and rather soft foods or foods with sauces or fat.......yes! I hate to tell you , but ice cream was my best friend! dont forget you are healing from an assault on your system! I have about 7 little 1/2 " or smaller scars. That was the least of it. Because I had the D'ors Fundiplication, my heartburn of 40 years ceased. I found the surgery relatively simple. You go to sleep and they do it. Please give yourself ample time to recover. I didn't and you need to. Good luck! Food was not a problem after the surgery and my surgeon told me to take Benefiber to bulk things up. Tasteless and very effective. 805.565.1332/881.2181 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Guest guest
Julee, is there a fresh young someone from a cosmetology school that could help you for a few weeks when you go back. Then they go back to school and can't steal your clients? Watching hairdressers, I can't imagine it will be easy for the first month or so. You just get tired. If you could get someone to do your shampoos and the other basic things so you could just sit for that time, I think would help keep you from getting run down, yet service your clients so they don't jump ship. Maybe someone would intern for you? I know it is $$, but in the long run it might be worth it. If you do too much, you catch viruses, and get really sick and the recovery is long. I'd also suggest just going back 1/4 time at first for a few days. If you can, I know it is hard to do that financially, but you don't want to get really sick. > > good advice , your right I must give time to heal properly. Thanks for the > eating tips! she is also doing the D'ors on me. That's wonderful that your > heartburn cleared up?? Many thanks! > > > Julee > > > > > ________________________________ > From: " julieok@...
