Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, thanks for posting this. What are you doing for your cardio? I'm curious. Even though Debbie says that the bands are better than dumbells, I do one day using bands then the next day using dumbells, otherwise I would get bored. I do think that using heavy dumbells is better than the bands....ONE exception is doing the cross-over exercise...I love that one! And I can't use heavy weights for my triceps (too weak.) Are you going to mix in the slim series later on? I'm going to do the easier videos first then slowly add in a slim series workout, I might have to do one part one day and the rest of the video another day....I will see how I feel. Question about slim series: Does it have alot of pylos or is it mostly strength training. Thanks again Carolyn! Oh by the way, even though I haven't been doing videos lately I've been getting a great workout at my swim class and practicing at my pool. The instructor says that I have a "great kick" for freestyle....now I just have to learn that breast-stroke kick...sigh. Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, Thanks again for sharing. Has Cameron ever had the " timed Barium swallow " like mentioned in her note #57152? I will definitely say Hi to Dr. Patti for you. --YJ > > > > > > From: stradivarius423 <stradivarius423@ ...> > > Subject: What Prompts You to Have Dilatation or Another Surgery after Heller myotomy > > achalasia@grou ps.com > > Date: Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 7:26 PM > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > It seems to me that a lot of you have more procedures dons after a Heller myotomy. Guest guest
We have scheduled in mid March. I'm wondering if Dr. Patti will feel offended if I ask him if Jessie needs the " timed barium swallows " . What do you think? --YJ > > > > > > > > > From: stradivarius423 <stradivarius423@ ...> > > > Subject: What Prompts You to Have Dilatation or Another Surgery after Heller myotomy > > > achalasia@grou ps.com > > > Date: Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 7:26 PM > > > > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > It seems to me that a lot of you have more procedures dons after a Heller myotomy. Guest guest
Hi, He will by no means at all be offended... He is amenable to anything... He is somewhat quiet, but easy to engage... You can ask him whatever you want...  If you need to know about anything regarding achalasia,... just ask him..  I envy you...
