I am so very sorry to hear your news. that's so tough! you do VERY well remembering to add the hyphens!! glad your husband has so far been able to support you, and hope he will learn to be able to be angry at the cancer WITH you, so won't feel so much being a target or cause. It must be tough on him.... but at least he has some 'experience', as sad as that it. glad you got to visit with your kids for a bit, even though they weren't able to 'be there' for you.... sigh.... sure hope that 'life' goes as best possible for you as days go by... hopefully painlessly... Guest guest Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 Hi MIchelle I DID have my surgery on Nov 9th, I think my post was misleading a bit. OMG I was at Albany Med. I live in Amsterdam. Small world huh? This doc is TOPS in his field he teaches the procedure. SO I will be good I am 54 it ought to last. As for my liver...still waiting for SOMEONE to call me back.
