Hi Everyone!  Happy New Years!  This is Julee, for those that do not know me, I

have a weird form of A which is not typical so I have lived in limbo for the

past 21 years.  I have learned to eat slowly and use lots of Coke to help meals

go down.

I also find that every day is different, some days I eat better and other days

my E just seems to close off and everything comes back up, these incidents are

not daily, but come in cycles.  I just wanted to share, that I have been using

these Trace mineral drops, basically for health and as vitamins.  But for some

reason they seem to help me swallow a bit better.  I have been testing this out

and for me, their is a mild relief.  Perhaps because of magnesium???  I heard

that it can help relax smooth muscle tissue.  I absolutely hate the nitrate

pills, they give me horrible headaches so I only use them RARELY as possible..

Has anyone ever tried trace mineral drops? I buy mine at a healthfood store, it

is rather expensive, but lasts a long time, the average daily dosage is about 20

drops in juice or water.  Just thought I would mention this, because I deal with

this everyday of my life.  God bless you all.....Julee

I have been living with living with close to the same issues

you have now for 20 years as well and its only been in the

last 4 or 5 months that it has gotten bad to the point of

food coming back up..

I have been taking a b100 pill every evening for a few months now

and I now only rarely have a bad night sleep and swollowing

has improved and no more throwing up.

I make sure that i have a big drink of water to flush things down

after eating anything and i no longer eat anything after supper..

food is still slow to go down but if i relax and go slow all

is fine.

on a positive note i have lost 15 lbs

last night was on of the first nights that i forgot to take a

b100 and i had to sit up in bed in the middle of the night

to let the pain pass..

have to remember the pill!

my 2 cents

Julee, Trace mineral drops are good for you and if they help, I think it is a

good idea. Don't know what kind you use but the Cell Food is excellent and is

what my doctor recommended when I was deficient in minerals. The drops are a

good form because they get into our system better. I think I'll go back on

them.
