Hi Ray,

When I had my 6 mnths of heavan when I thought I was free of this--I was scared

to even write into the forum to post what I thought worked.

The weird thing is--once I did write in---it came back a few days later --in

fact --exactly on the day that I had pegged as my target date of being

officially over it (and also my 3 month anniversary with my boyfriend) Sept. 15.

weird huh?

we love you--but dont feel guilty--we understand.

and you are inspiring to us all!

Hello ray_me_99@...,

In reference to your comment:

Yes I know Maggie is my age and has held off on an operation from about

age 70. Guess she has her own routines on what she should eat.

Ray, I eat almost anything I want including all meats. I can't eat raw

carrots or apples. I eat iceberg lettuce, but can't eat the leafy

greens...If I eat more than a cup of ice cream it comes back. (go figure)

Other than

that I eat anything and everything. If I had to eat like you, I'd opt for

the surgery as soon as I could get there. So yes, we are all different.

As Notan says, there are no right answers, just good guesses.

I do want to make it perfectly clear though, that before I had the first

dilation I could eat nothing and keep it down except chocolate. I thought

I'd starve to death for water and would gurgle glasses full at the time

hoping it would get through. I guess maybe some must have, but the majority of

it came right back.

What we don't need to do is encourage someone who can't keep anything

down, to eat. Unless you've dealt with that, you can't possibly know what it's

like.

And by the way, I know many, many people who have GERD but don't have

achalasia. Hmmm wonder why that is.

From all I have read and my own experience, you need to use original Listerine

as it is the eucalyptus in it that repels mites.

The protocol is - spray it on you after your shower, let it sit for a few

moments, rinse it off, and then as you leave shower, spray shower with Windex.

Listerine repels mites from you, including your hair, Windex should kill them

after they have come off you.
