Guest guest
Andy said.... I had a little episode the other week coming back from Wales with my Fiancee. Stopped off at a Diner and had steak and kidney pie....yes the kidneys didnt do troo well along with the coke being far too gassey. Ended up in toilet for quite a while - couldnt get it to move either way - so had to set off but with frequent stops. Clearly eventually though but was just a gentle reminder to watch what we eat and take it steady. It was just so nice I forgot..... Dear Andy, It's good to hear from you. I am sorry that you had this episode but I think that however well we are doing, we are all in danger of these temporary blips. It seems to me that the worst culprit is chunky meat, particularly spicy, or woody vegetables such as parsnips. We will never have a perfect set-up, but as you said, things are pretty good aren't they? How are the plans for the wedding going? Are all the Group members invited? LOL Love from Ann xx
Guest guest
Ann Many thanks for your kind words and best wishes. If I just take it steady and have a drink I am sure I will be fine. Its still hard to believe how I was not long ago, you certainly wouldnt believe I had anything wrong in the eating department.... I havent forgot our meeting either, its just we both so busy at the moment - Alyson with her school stuff and me emptying my house. Just catching up on some emails while Alyson having hair done in Leeds then be all rush again but very exciting. Take care, Andy x 2009/10/19 Ann Higgs <lilac_blossom_lady@...> > Dear Andy, > > If I remember correctly, you are now within days of your big event, your > wedding.
