Guest guest
so glad to hear that your procedure went so well. After some time, the scraping of the scar tissue is just much more effective. I don't think I'm completely done but it's now been almost 3 months for me and I still feel really good. I just have to keep reminding myself to chew really well and to swallow small bites. As far as the dumping, I too find that right after the procedure I tend to dump more, I think it's becuase food and drink go down much faster now. Try to not drink anything at all when you eat. It's been really hard for me to eat without fluids but it makes a huge difference. I wait about 15 or 20 min. and then start with fluids, only a swallow at a time. I have almost completely eliminated my dumping this way. I'm so glad this worked so well for you and while it may not be your final answer, I hope that it keeps you going for longer periods of time until you can be done. BTW- As of this upcoming Sunday, it's been a year since my -ectomy!! That also means it's been over a year since my last spasm!!!!!!! it just keeps getting better. Keep you chin up. - in NC
