It is not at ALL uncommon to need one or two dilations post-op. Otherwise, I echo Ann - with no peristalsis, you will find some sticking occasionally. I still find that sometimes I get busy and/or 'forget' to chew well and swallow small bites. All in all still sounds like you are doing well.
