Hi Isabella

Not been posting for a while but been here reading all the posts. Its great

news and you deserve it as you had it rough at times but you're getting

thro' well now. Just go at your own pace and take it steady.

I am pretty much sorted too but I did have a little reminder over the

weekend when I was eating some really nice food and got carried away and

didn't chew a piece of chicken enough and it got stuck.....had plenty of

water though and manged to get it to do down. Was at my fiancees too but she

know all about it so not too embarrassing.
