- I've had 2 c-sections and I can tell you that laproscopic

surgery is NOTHING compared to a c-section. They only bandage you up

with steri-strips. After about a week, you may feel a bit bruised where

your little tiny incisions are and that's it.

I think I took prescription pain meds for 2-3 weeks after my c-sections

and only 2-3 days after my lap surgery.
