Guest guest
Hello Kate, The Cranial Osteopath does sound interesting and worth checking out. Just curious about the blockage structure. Did this show up in an MRI? Why did he feel it was this ? And what type of things did he do to your son or have you do that helped him ? Thanks for passing along this information. I believe in exploring all and any areas that might help my son. Debra Mom to 2.8 Verbal Apraxia
Guest guest
Hi, I did not do the MRI as i am seeing such progress, i don't want to subject him to any more than i have to. He told me to stimulate the trigeminal nerve in 's face and to take a toothpick and dip it in flavors like vanilla, peppermint etc.. and put it on his tongue to get the juices flowing in the mouth, but it has to be a toothpick and not a drop as that would be too much. The crainal work is soooo gentle that you cannnot see that they are really doing anything. The website will explain it though. is not very keen on people touching him but he will lay on the bed for 40 mins while he is worked on. Dr. Dolgin even worked inside jacob's mouth recently for a couple of mins and i was amazed that he let him!! Hope this helps. One side note, the doctor we use has had success treating ADHD, the case studies are interesting to read. Kate.
