Guest guest
This is worth a question to your MD if you go for an Esophagectomy. I had a transhiatialesophagectomy in the year 2000, the surgery was just being done for Achalasia. I had been suffering from massiv acid and bile reflux despite sitting up in a chair while sitting. I was living on ice cream and Maalox with tube feed. I finally had surgery to relieve the problem, not my posts and my wife's I had a stroke post-op and am now working. I can barely speak this could happen 8 years later. Check with your MD's it's worth it. Joe
Guest guest
Dear Joe, Glad to hear from you, I assume you recovered from the leak? Are you doing outpatient rehab now? Or did you finish your time there. How do you feel? We miss you and it is so great to see you posting again.
